Which funnel shows when several funnels match the same page?
How AppSell picks between funnels that target the same page, and how to control it by reordering your funnel list.
You can run as many funnels as you like, and several can match the same page — say, two product upsell funnels that both cover the cart. When that happens, AppSell doesn't stack them. It follows one simple rule.
The rule
For each type of offer, only one funnel shows on a page: the one highest in your funnel list.
Same type, same page — two product upsell funnels both match the cart: the higher one shows, the lower one waits.
Different types, same page — a product upsell and a frequently bought together funnel both match a product page: both show, because they are different types of offer.
Trigger and Default funnels are treated equally. A Trigger funnel doesn't automatically beat a Default one — position in the list decides.
Funnels that are switched off with the Status toggle never take part.
So if a funnel you just set up isn't showing, check whether another funnel of the same type, higher in the list, also matches that page.
How to change the order
In My funnels, drag a row up or down. The order saves as soon as you let go and a Funnels order updated! message confirms it. The top row has the highest priority.
A practical pattern is to put your most specific funnels at the top and broad "Show for all" funnels at the bottom. Specific funnels then win where their triggers match, and the broad funnel catches everyone else.
New and duplicated funnels go to the top
A newly created funnel is placed at the top of its page type, and so is a duplicate. That means a new funnel immediately takes over from older funnels of the same type on the same page. Drag it down if that's not what you want.
