I can't see the funnel on my store

  1. Make sure you created a funnel and selected a trigger for it (default page funnel or trigger-based funnel)

If the funnel is set as "draft", it won't be shown on the store.

in case your funnel is set to draft mode, click on "customize", select a trigger for this funnel and save.

Visit your store again and check if you see the funnel.


  1. Make sure you didn't reach your credits limit.

    We show the funnels based on a monthly credits usage, according to your plan. If you reached the limit of your plan, the funnels won't be shown in your store.


  1. Make sure that you're testing the funnel with the triggers you selected for it.

    For example, if you created a cart page funnel that will be shown only when product X is added to the cart, then make sure that you add product X to the cart when testing.


  1. Test on Chrome browser, Incognito mode.

    1. Open the Chrome browser.

    2. At the top right, click More More and then New Incognito Window.

    3. A new window appears. In the top corner, check for the Incognito icon Incognito.

    You can also use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window:

    • Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.

    • Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.


  1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
