I can't see the funnel on my store

If the funnel is not visible on your store, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit your dashboard's main page, check the funnels table and make sure you created a funnel.

  • Make sure that your funnel is activated.

If your funnel is disabled, it won't be shown in the store and you will need to activate it by clicking the "active" switch:

  • Make sure you're testing the right page.

If you created a cart page funnel, make sure you're testing the cart page. (according to the funnel triggers you set)

if you created a product page funnel, make sure you're visiting the right product page.

  • Visit your store again and check if you see the funnel according to the page type you you created the funnel for (for example, cart page):

  1. Ensure that you test the funnel using the triggers you have set for it.

For example, if you created a cart page funnel that will be shown only when product X is added to the cart, then make sure that you add product X to the cart when testing.

You can review the funnel triggers by clicking on "customize" on the funnel row in the table.

The funnel triggers will be shown here (on step 2):

  2. Make sure you didn't reach your credits limit.

The app displays the funnels based on your monthly credit usage as per your plan. If you exceed your plan's limit, the funnels will not be visible on your store.
